About Me

I am fully trained and certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) through EMDRIA (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing International Association) and am an EMDRIA approved Consultant in Training (CIT). I hold a Masters of Arts in Counseling from City University of Seattle. I discovered a passion for working with trauma survivors early in my counseling career and continue to find profound fulfillment working with clients as they move toward lasting positive change. I employ a person centered, collaborative approach to counseling working with my clients to find the best modalities to suit each individual, couple, or polycule. I look forward to assisting you in developing your personal strengths and resiliencies and helping you work towards empowerment and well-being.

Originally from a small farming town in central Washington, I've had a variety of different careers and lived in various locales across the United States. I even held a top secret clearance while serving in the US Army! I enjoy playing tabletop roleplay games (D&D, Pathfinder, etc.), dance, yoga, theatre (especially musicals), and reading a good sci-fi/fantasy novel on a rainy afternoon.

I identify as a cis-gender woman with white European ancestry. I am temporarily able-bodied, U.S. born, and consider myself to be agnostic as well as pansexual and polyamourous. I work from a trauma informed and sex-positive, kink allied foundation.

I currently work with individual adults age 21+
