When experiences, especially traumatic ones, feel overwhelming or difficult to talk about creative expression can offer a new pathway towards healing.

But I'm Not An Artist!

No artistic experience is needed, only curiosity and a willingness to explore. The focus is not on creating something “good,” but on creating something true.
