Kelly Lynn brings a warm and open approach to supervision, creating a safe space for associates to bring their strengths and struggles to discuss and grow. Her time spent as both a practicum and internship instructor has helped Kelly Lynn to hone her skills as a supervisor and better understand the struggles of new associates entering the workforce. Kelly Lynn brings both her EMDR certification and her ongoing training in Expressive Arts Therapy to the supervision space. She works primarily with clients struggling with C-PTSD and PTSD as well as anxiety and depression, bringing this expertise into her supervision.

Supervision will start out on a weekly basis and may go down to a minimum of monthly supervision once a rapport has been achieved and standards of practice are being consistently met.
