Meet The Team
EMDR Trained
I approach therapy from a collaborative and person-centered perspective. However, I am also the therapist who will be more involved with you during session. My style is gently directive. This often shows up in therapy as active participation. I specialize in assimilation trauma, generational trauma, and oppression trauma. As an immigrant, I have firsthand experience with the effect all three have on our mental health. Furthermore, I also work with religious trauma, attachment trauma, sexual violence, complex grief, cPTSD, and much more.
I am EMDR-trained, and while EMDR is the theory I practice most, I am also trained in a handful of other approaches, such as Gestalt, Psychodynamic theory, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and person-centered theory. I also draw on theories such as IFS, Art Therapy , EFT, DBT, and Somatic approaches. I graduated from Seattle University in 2024 and have 3 years of experience in a community mental health setting, working with a wide range of individuals.
Student Intern
I am a collaborative, person-centered therapist, and while I frequently work with Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I am flexible in my approach with each client. I bring a warm and grounding presence for whatever may arise in therapy, whether you need a space to share your rage, grief, anxiety, fears, thought spirals, or even if a shared moment of humor is the best medicine as we process the complexity of the human experience.
I enjoy exploring expressive art modalities with clients, which can range from working with visual art to movement, writing, or sound. This can work well for clients who are typically more analytical processors who struggle to get out of their head, who want to explore their creativity intentionally or challenge their creative block. Alternatively, this can be well suited for clients who struggle to express themselves verbally, who identify as artists or creatives already, or who tend to be more abstract and fluid communicators.

I believe meaningful therapy happens through a thoughtful understanding of your goals and experiences combined with a strong therapeutic relationship. As a trauma-informed therapist and clinical social worker, I bring a compassionate, engaged, and curious presence that honors each client as the expert of their own life.
I practice therapy using a person-centered approach. I strive to create a safe and trusting environment where we work through the concerns that brought you to therapy and the many experiences that shape your life at a comfortable pace. My hope is that therapy can empower you to embrace your strengths and feel supported in your natural ability to heal.
